Miley Cyrus has been rocked by another scandal just two weeks after the furore surrounding her provocative Vanity Fair photographs - now she’s accused of ripping off someone else’s song.
Los Angeles band Lustra claim Cyrus’ Rockstar hit is a carbon copy of their ‘Scotty Doesn’t Know’ tune, which appeared on the soundtrack to 2004 movie ‘Eurotrip’.
And they are inviting Cyrus fans who love her song to check out “the original” on their MySpace.com web page.
Lustra were alerted to the similarities between the songs by fans and they listened to both tracks and the bandmates claim the tunes are virtually the same - with separate lyrics.
